We are delighted to have welcomed more than a hundred international participants to our training program.

This collaborative journey brought together educators from around the world to work together and learn more about innovative pedagogies.
We have co-developed and delivered a suite of five dynamic training modules, each exploring key dimensions of future-ready teaching:

Module 1 – Introduction to teaching and learning in higher education in the digital era: A foundational course that explores the paradigm shift in teaching and learning brought about by digital transformation, with a focus on open educational practices, student-centered learning, and the integration of values like inclusion, equity, and co-creation.

Module 2 – Didactic Foundation of Learning/Teaching through New and Emerging Technologies: An introduction to immersive technologies such as VR, AR, XR, and AI in education, offering practical tools, hardware suggestions, and pedagogical use cases for innovative teaching.

Module 3 – Didactic Principles of Study Process: Participants examined circular pedagogy and transdisciplinary approaches, learning to co-create knowledge with students and external partners while integrating digital tools into connected, student-centered curricula.

Module 4 – Introduction to Psychology and Inclusive Education: A student-centered exploration of educational psychology, inclusive teaching practices, and how technology can support equity and accessibility in learning environments.

Module 5 – Professional Development of Academic Staff: A module focused on lifelong learning and continuous professional growth, encouraging academic staff to enhance their pedagogical practices through collaboration, innovation, and digital competence. Each module combined asynchronous pre-tasks, interactive synchronous sessions, and reflective post-tasks—enabling participants to directly apply their learning in diverse teaching contexts. The flexible, multimodal structure made the experience accessible and relevant to educators with varying backgrounds and expertise.
